Submission Guidelines:

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Delivery: FOR Vadinar Site.
  2. Packing and Forwarding Charges: Inclusive in basic rates.
  3. GST: Extra as applicable.
  4. Payment Terms: 60 days credit after receipt of material at the site for domestic supply; 100% payment within 60 days.
  5. Total Quantity: 3000 MT as per the enquiry document. Partial quantity quotes are accepted.
  6. Supply Schedule: As per Nayara's requirement.
  7. Packing: As specified in the tender document.
  8. Liquidated Damages: Up to a maximum of 5% of the total contract price.
  9. Certification: Suppliers must provide a Certificate of Analysis and the manufacturer’s name.
